It's not Charlie!! We got it! Golden Ticket, otherwise referred to as I600A approval. Our governments approval to bring an orphan into the country. The last piece of our dossier!! To be notorized, apostilled and sent off the Eastern Europe, whereupon we will be issued a travel date. :)
